As a rapidly growing global nonprofit with a large network of entrepreneurs, professionals and students, we strive to automate manual decision-making processes with smart algorithms and use advanced data analytics techniques to understand our global impact. The algorithms and analysis we do are either translated into powerful decision making or incorporated into our web apps by developers across the world. We are looking for a Global Analytics and Algorithm Manager to oversee our analytics and algorithm design projects.

About Bridges for Enterprise

Bridges for Enterprise is a global nonprofit that provides pro bono support to social enterprises in developing countries through a network of student consultants, professional mentors, and technical experts. We’re building a scalable intranet solution to enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and project management across our global network.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Plan and create engaging content for BfE’s social media platforms, website, newsletters, and blog. Draft stories, spotlights, and interviews featuring social entrepreneurs, volunteers, and alumni.
  • Graphic Design & Visual Media: Design visuals (graphics, infographics, social tiles, short videos) using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Help maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage and grow BfE’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook). Schedule posts, engage with audiences, and track performance using analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and commitment to BfE’s cause
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and audience.
  • Creativity and passion for storytelling, visual design, or digital media.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram Insights).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable in a global, volunteer-driven environment.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or video editing software.
